Price Match Policy
Golf Sim Genies wants customers to feel confident that they are receiving fair, manufacturer-compliant pricing on the golf simulator products we sell. We review eligible price-match requests for the same product, model, SKU, configuration, and condition when the lower advertised price is from a verified authorized retailer.
Because many golf simulator products are governed by manufacturer MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) rules and dealer agreements, price matching is not automatic and may not be available on every product. Golf Sim Genies reserves the right to approve, decline, or modify any price-match request to comply with manufacturer pricing policies, supplier rules, availability, and order economics.
Eligibility
- The competing offer must be from an authorized retailer of the same brand.
- The item must be the same model, SKU, size, finish, bundle configuration, and condition.
- The competing item must be new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase by a customer in the contiguous lower 48 United States.
- The advertised price must be current and verifiable with a public product page, written quote, screenshot, invoice, or email.
- The request must comply with manufacturer MAP rules, brand policies, and any supplier restrictions that apply to the product.
What is not eligible
- Auction sites, marketplaces, liquidation sites, unauthorized resellers, used items, open-box items, refurbished items, demos, or gray-market listings.
- Promotions that cannot be verified publicly or in writing, including coupon stacking, one-time rebates, financing offers, loyalty points, gift cards, or bundled incentives.
- Prices created by error, discontinued products, out-of-stock listings, closeouts, Black Friday/Cyber Monday doorbusters, or one-time special events.
- Products that differ by size, screen material, enclosure depth, projector model, launch monitor model, mat size, software, included accessories, warranty coverage, or shipping terms.
How to request a review
Email support@golfsimgenies.com with the product you want to buy, the competing offer, and any supporting proof. We will review the request and respond during normal business hours.
Approved price matches are handled case by case. If we cannot match a price because of MAP rules, supplier restrictions, stock status, shipping differences, or order economics, we will explain the reason before you place your order.
