Shipping policy

Golf Sim Genies ships eligible orders to the contiguous lower 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations through standard checkout. Any shipping exception must be reviewed and approved by Golf Sim Genies in writing before an order is placed.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is received and the supplier confirms product availability. Most orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days, but processing times can vary by brand, product type, freight requirements, custom configuration, or supplier availability. If an item is backordered, unavailable, or delayed, we will contact you by email or phone with the next available options.
Shipping rates
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders of $500 or more shipped to the contiguous lower 48 United States with our base curbside delivery service. Orders under $500 ship at a flat rate of $24.95.
Some oversized, freight, white-glove, installation, remote-area, or special-handling services may require a separate quote or written approval before the order can be accepted.
Freight delivery
Large golf simulator products may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries are typically curbside unless a product page, quote, or written order confirmation states otherwise. Customers are responsible for being available for delivery appointments, inspecting freight shipments before signing, and noting any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
Delivery timing
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Golf Sim Genies is not responsible for carrier delays, supplier delays, weather disruptions, missed delivery appointments, access limitations, or events outside our control. We will help coordinate with suppliers and carriers when issues occur.
Shipping address requirements
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and email address at checkout. If an address cannot be serviced by the carrier, if the destination is outside our shipping area, or if additional information is required, we may pause, modify, or cancel the order and contact you for next steps.
Damaged shipments
Please inspect packages and freight shipments at delivery. If visible damage is present, note the damage on the carrier paperwork before signing and contact us within 24 hours at support@golfsimgenies.com with photos, your order number, and the carrier paperwork. We will help coordinate the claim process with the supplier or carrier.
