About This Program
Golf Sim Genies, a DBA of Equipify Market LLC, operates an SMS messaging program for customers who wish to receive order and delivery information by text message. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
What We Send
Our SMS program is used for customer care and transactional messaging, including:
- Order confirmations and status updates
- Shipment and tracking notifications
- Freight delivery scheduling and appointment confirmation
- Responses to questions you send us by text
Because most of our products ship by freight and require someone present to receive delivery, delivery scheduling messages are time-sensitive and we recommend keeping them enabled through the life of your order.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by checking the SMS consent box during checkout, or by texting us directly at the number provided on your order confirmation. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and declining will not affect your order or your access to any product or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Most customers receive approximately four messages per order.
Cost
Golf Sim Genies does not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing support@golfsimgenies.com or calling (855) 718-4560.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Message delivery is subject to the transmission limitations of your mobile carrier and to factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a message that is delayed, undelivered, or received by an unintended recipient.
Your Mobile Number
You agree to notify us if you change or relinquish the mobile number associated with your account, so that messages intended for you are not sent to someone else.
Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
